I was most recently Team Lead, Content Direction and Community at Canary, where I oversaw strategy and operations for Canary's help content. Outside of managing help.canary.is and community.canary.is, I've collaborated on any content that educates the end user, including UI copy, transactional emails, product launch communications, blog posts, video tutorials, and more.

Before Canary, I wrote for Squarespace's help site. Prior to that, I was a trainer at Apple, creating customer workshops and on-boarding new employees. I continue to work as a freelance copywriter.

I'm also a comedian. I've worked with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, spent a lifetime performing improv and writing sketch comedy, and have been published in McSweeney's.
